What we did for Scan Malta :
We provide web development and SEO to Scan Malta online store business.
Cogent Commerce is essentially helping scan malta with everything related to web development and online sales. We’re working to improve our site’s performance so we can provide their customers with a more convenient online shopping experience through the Magento 2 e-commerce platform.
Furthermore, they’re also optimizing our presence on Google, implementing a new payment gateway, and providing us with ongoing maintenance and support.
Initially We are started with major issue with Transactium Payment Gateway for this project where issue seems not occurred every-time with all customer orders. The issue is that some customer payment has been caught by website however order seems not recorded in magento 2.3.3 version with this custom payment gateway integration. We worked many days to replicate this issue but we can’t able to replicate however we placed many logs on live site to get more information about the issue and comes to know that customer session has been lost in some cases while revert back from payment gateway and that causing this issue so we applied one solution to overcome this issue and it works. Client is very happy with our solution for this issue as it’s very high priority one and directly impact on brand as store has too high customer traffic everyday. After this fix out we worked on many requirement and provide our support for daily basis and we are enjoy working on this project.
Performance optimisation by application side and server side tune up with possible things.
We’re regularly installing latest security patches, on demand support with any feature implementation and customisation including maintenance etc.
